President and CEO
Leo Ekhaguere, FCAI, an Ontario-trained Private Investigator, is the President and CEO of Lions Security Incorporated (LSI). With over 26 years of experience in security, administration, and public service, he brings disciplined leadership and strategic oversight to the organization. A former Commissioner in Ontario, Leo combines operational expertise with governance experience to guide LSI’s growth and professional standards. In 2018, he was conferred as a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration (FCAI), reflecting his commitment to corporate integrity and executive excellence.
Peter A Abrametz
Director, Legal & Corporate Affairs
As Director, Legal & Corporate Affairs, Peter provides strategic oversight on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management across the organization. With extensive legal experience, he advises the company on contractual matters, policy development, and statutory obligations to ensure all operations align with provincial and federal laws.
Michael Ogbonnaya Okike
Operations Manager
Michael serves as the Operations Manager at Lions Security Incorporated, where he oversees the administrative and logistical coordination of daily operations across all client sites.
He is responsible for workforce scheduling, shift planning, and maintaining effective communication between management and field personnel. His role focuses on operational efficiency, staffing coordination, and ensuring company standards are consistently maintained across all assignments.
Michael also supports incident documentation review, reporting coordination, and internal operational planning to ensure service continuity, accountability, and accurate record-keeping.
Note: This is a strictly administrative and office-based role. Michael’s position does not permit him to perform frontline security duties, patrol services, or any enforcement-related activities.
