Leo Ekhaugere FCAI
President and CEO
Leo Ekhaguere, FCAI, an Ontario-trained Private Investigator, is the President and CEO of Lions Security Incorporated (LSI). With over 26 years of experience in security, administration, and public service, he brings disciplined leadership and strategic oversight to the organization. A former Commissioner in Ontario, Leo combines operational expertise with governance experience to guide LSI’s growth and professional standards. In 2018, he was conferred as a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration (FCAI), reflecting his commitment to corporate integrity and executive excellence.
Peter A Abrametz
Director, Legal & Corporate Affairs
As Director, Legal & Corporate Affairs, Peter provides strategic oversight on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management across the organization. With extensive legal experience, he advises the company on contractual matters, policy development, and statutory obligations to ensure all operations align with provincial and federal laws.
Michael Ogbonnaya Okike
Security Guard / Operations Support
Michael serves as a Security Guard / Operations Support employee at Lions Security Incorporated. His role includes frontline security duties and operational support across assigned client sites.
In his frontline security role, Michael performs site patrols, access control support, observation, incident reporting, safety monitoring, and communication with management and field personnel. He is also responsible for supporting a safe and orderly environment at assigned locations, responding to site concerns within company policy, and escalating matters to management, police, or emergency services where required.
In addition to frontline duties, Michael supports operational coordination, including shift communication, report submission, incident documentation, and maintaining accurate records for management review.
Michael performs security-related duties only in accordance with Saskatchewan licensing requirements, Lions Security Incorporated’s policies, client site instructions, and applicable law. His duties do not authorize him to act outside the lawful authority of a licensed security guard.
Simeon Ndegera
Security Guard / Field Support
Simeon serves as a Security Guard / Field Support employee at Lions Security Incorporated. He supports frontline security operations at assigned client sites by performing patrols, access control support, observation, incident reporting, and communication with management and other field personnel.
His duties include maintaining a visible security presence, reporting safety concerns, documenting incidents, following client site instructions, and supporting a safe and orderly environment for clients, staff, visitors, and the public.
Simeon may also assist with basic field coordination, including shift communication, report submission, and relaying operational updates to management. He performs his duties in accordance with Lions Security Incorporated’s policies, Saskatchewan security licensing requirements, client instructions, and applicable law.
This role does not authorize him to perform beyond the scope of a licensed security guard.
Bolajoko Illesanmi
Administrative Assistant
Bolajoko Illesanmi serves as Administrative Assistant at Lions Security Incorporated, bringing over 18 years of experience in the banking sector with a strong foundation in customer service and operational support.
Her extensive professional background has equipped her with exceptional organizational skills, compliance awareness, and process-management expertise. At Lions Security, Bolajoko provides critical support across recruitment coordination, personnel administration, and day-to-day operational functions.
